Monticello Police Devoting Time To Juvenile Curfew Ordinance
According to Chief of Police Ralph Miniard, with the arrival of warm
weather - longer days and summer vacation from school, the police
department will be devoting much more attention to Monticello's
juvenile Curfew Ordinance.

The ordinance applies to persons under the age of 18, and requires
parents to be responsible for the children's whereabouts and activities.

Curfew hours are from midnight Friday and Saturday nights til 6AM
the next morning - and from 11PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday nights til 6AM the following morning.
