Monticello Man Arrested By Sheriff's Dept On Four Felony Counts
According to Sheriff Charlie Boston, on Friday, June 13th - Sheriffs Units
arrested a Monticello man and charged him with 4 felony counts. While
assisting Monticello Police Units on a traffic stop, Sheriff Units found
evidence resulting in the arrest of 32 year old Bryan R. Hutton. He was
charged with 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 1st
Degree and 3 counts of Theft of Identity of another without consent.
Hutton was also served by Monticello Police officers with several arrest
warrants and 1 criminal summons. He was lodged in the Wayne County
Detention Center. The investigation is continuing.

Also on Friday, June 13th - 38 year old Randy Coffey was arrested on
a McCreary County warrant for Assault 4th Degree and Terroristic
Threatening, 3rd Degree. 51 year old Bobby Kidd was arrested on
two McCreary County bench warrants for contempt of court.

On Thursday, June 12th - the Sheriff's Dept arrested 60 year old
Montie Hutchinson and 29 year old Dustin Ross on Pulaski County
bench warrants for contempt of court.

On Monday, June 9th - the Sheriff's Dept acting on a tip apprehended
two Wayne County men on North Hwy 1009 who escaped from a half
way house in Jefferson County. Patrick Taylor and Joseph Wallace
were taken into custody on parole violation warrants and lodged in
the Detention Center. A Wayne County woman, Alisha Decker was
also arrested for violating conditions of her probation at the time of
their arrests. The Sheriff's Dept was assisted by Probation and
Parole Officers.
