W.C. Grand Jury Indicts Seven Individuals At August Meeting
The Wayne County Grand Jury met Tuesday and indictments on seven individuals were filed in the Circuit Clerks Office.

Keema Huff was indicted for eight counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500 dollars.

Jeffrey Bell was indicted for Assault, 3rd Degree.

James Ledford was indicted for one count of Theft by Deception over $500 dollars and one count of Theft By Deception over $10,000 dollars.

James Rigney and Tasha Brumley were each indicted for Arson 2nd Degree in connection with the County Attorney’s Office. They were each also indicted for Burglary, 3rd Degree – Tampering with Physical Evidence and Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $500

Sandra Daniels and Tammy Harris were each indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree and Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree.

Viewers are reminded that the indictment of a person by a Grand Jury is
an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
