Pursuit Leads To Arrest of Wayne County Man On Multiple Charges
According to a news release from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Dept - at approximately 9:45 Saturday, February 14th. The Sheriff’s Dept was involved in a pursuit on East Kentucky 90 involving a Red 2007 Chevrolet. The vehicle drove east bound in the west bound lane on Highway 90 several times – almost striking multiple vehicles. Anyone that was almost struck by this vehicle is asked to contact the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at
606-348-5416 and leave their name and contact information.

27 year old Tyler Stonewall was arrested in connection with the pursuit
and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. According to reports – Stonewall was being stopped for an old warrant for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. He was charged with Fleeing and Evading Police, 1st – Wanton Endangerment of a Police Officer – Disregarding a Stop Sign – Speeding – No Registration Plates – No Registration Receipt - Failure to Produce Proof of Insurance – Failure of Owner to Maintain Insurance –
Operating Under the Influence – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – and Resisting Arrest.
