Wayne County Grand Jury Indicts Twelve During March Meeting
The Wayne County Grand Jury met for their regular monthly session Tuesday, March 17th and indictments were filed on 12 individuals in the Circuit Clerks Office.

Cody Coyle was indicted for five counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd Degree.

Patrick Humble was indicted for Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500 dollars.

Stevie Dishman was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd or
Greater Offense.

Aaron Anderson was indicted for Assault, 1st Degree Assault 2nd Degree and Assault 4th Degree.

Terry Lowe and Leslie J. Huff were each indicted for 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree Trafficking in Marijuana over 8 ounces, but under 5 pounds 3 counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon Possession of a Defaced Firearm and Promoting Contraband. Huff was also indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree and Lowe was also charged with Operating on a Suspended License and Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree.

Eric Crabtree and Heather Crabtree were each indicted for Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Charles Ovington was indicted for Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500 dollars and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree.

Benjamin Jones was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree.

Rex Scott Coffey was indicted for two counts of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Cultivation of Marijuana, 1st Offense and Possession of Marijuana.

Jacquelynn D Roberts Troxtle was indicted for ten counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd Degree and ten counts of Theft by Deception under $500 dollars.

Viewers are reminded the indictment of a person by a Grand Jury is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
