Numerous Arrests By Sheriffs Dept Sept 27th - Oct 2nd
Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports two arrests on Friday, October
2nd. Deputy Joe Horne arrested Christopher R. Ferman of Monticello
for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, No
Operators License and other traffic violations.

Deputy Cody Neal arrested Keith E. Duncan of Monticello. Neal obtained
a search warrant for a vehicle belonging to Duncan after investigating
a suspicious vehicle complaint. Duncan was charged with Trafficking in
Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth),
Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree (drug unspecified),
Possession of a Controlled Substance not in proper container, Possession
of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

On Thursday, October 1st - Deputy Brad Tucker arrested Lois Southwood
of Monticello on a Wayne County Family Court Order for Contempt of
Court for Failing to Make Child Support payments as ordered by the
Court in the arrears in the amount of $1340.96 as of August 31st.

Deputy Travis Bell arrested Randall H. Hall, II of Monticello on a Wayne
County Family Court Order for Contempt of Court for Failing to Make
Child Support payments as ordered by the Court in the arrears in the
amount of $1315.50 as of July 1st.

Deputy Joe Horne arrested Josh A. Fairchild of Monticello on a Wayne
County District Court Warrant of Arrest for Non-payment of Fines on
charges of Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and
for Failure to appear for a Court proceeding.

On Wednesday, September 30th - Deputy Jason Phillips arrested
Charles A. Green II of Monticello. Phillips responded to a Burglary
and Theft complaint on the Missouri Hollow Road. Upon his arrival,
Phillips made contact with two individuals running from the scene.
After a short pursuit, Deputy Phillips arrested Charles A. Green II
and charged him with Burglary, 3rd degree and Fleeing and Evading
Police, 2nd degree (on foot). The investigation is ongoing with more
arrested expected.

Billy J. Daniels was also served with a Wayne County District Court
Warrant of Arrest for Non-payment of Fines by Deputy Brad Tucker
on Wednesday. Daniels was served at the Wayne County Detention
Center where he was already incarcerated.

On Tuesday, September 29th - Deputy Joe Horne arrested Jordan R.
Crabtree of Monticello. Crabtree was charged with Operating a
Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Possession of
Marijuana, and for No Operators - Moped License.

Jason L. Casada of Monticello was served with a Wayne County
District Court Warrant of Arrest for Failure to Appear on the charge
of Possession of Marijuana by Deputy Denise Smith. Casada was
already in custody at the Wayne County Detention Center.

On Monday, September 28th - Deputy Tommy Spencer arrested
Tammy Harris of Monticello on a Wayne County Circuit Court
Warrant of Arrest for Failure to Appear to answer charges of
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree, 1st offense
and Persistent Felony Offender. Harris was also arrested on a
Pulaski County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Theft By
Unlawful Taking over $500, but less than $10,000 dollars and
for a Probation Violation for felony offenses.

Deputy Joe Horne arrested Jordan R. Crabtree of Monticello on
a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for Failure to
Appear for an Arraignment. Crabtree was also charged with
Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All of the above subjects - other than two individuals who were
already incarcerated at the jail - were also lodged in the Wayne
County Detention Center.

On Sunday, September 27th - Deputy's Cody Neal and Brent Rose
arrested Chrystal L. Peek of Monticello for Falsely Reporting An
Incident and Disorderly Conduct. Peek was also arrested on a
Wayne County District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a
Pretrial Conference on Operating a Motor Vehicle a Suspended
or Revoked Operators License.

Deputy Joe Horne arrested Kenneth A. Upchurch of Monticello
for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs,
Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended or Revoked Operators
License and for Failure to Wear Seat Belts.

Deputy Horne arrested Ashley R. Fairchild of Monticello for Operating
a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Possession of
Marijuana, Obstructed Windshield and for Careless Driving. Fairchild
was also arrested on a Fayette County Circuit Court Family Division
Order of Arrest for Having failed to appear after having been
recognized to reappear in Court.

Deputy Horne also arrested Jody L. Burris of Monticello on a Wayne
County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Non-payment of Fines and
Show Cause on a Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st offense
charge.

Deputy Brad Tucker arrested Billy Daniels of Monticello for Fleeing
and Evading Police, 1st Degree (on foot) and Resisting Arrest.

These five individuals were also lodged in the Wayne County Detention
Center.
