More Arrests By Wayne County Sheriffs Dept Oct 3rd - 9th
Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the arrest of William C.
Foster of Monticello by Deputy's Cody Neal and Brent Rose on
Friday, October9th. Foster was arrested on two Wayne County
Family Court Orders of Arrest for Contempt of Court for Failing to
make Child Support payments as previously ordered by the Court.
One Wayne County Family Court Civil Action Order was in the
arrears in the amount of $16,210.25 as of July 31st. The second
Order was in the arrears in the amount of $9,231.21 as of August
31st.

The following arrests were made by the Sheriff's Dept this week.
Deputy Joe Horne arrested William J. Rigney on Thursday, October
8th on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for Theft
by Unlawful Taking, Shoplifting.

Jessica R Dople was also arrested on October 8th on a Wayne
County Circuit Court and Wayne County District Court Warrants of
Arrest for Non-payment of Fines or Show Cause. She was also
charged with several traffic violations.

On Tuesday, October 6th - Deputy Sharkley Stonewall arrested
Mark A. Coffey of Monticello on a Wayne County District Court
Warrant of Arrest for Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, Leaving
the Scene of an Accident, Failure to Maintain Insurance and for
Non-payment - the Defendent failed to pay or show cause on the
charge of Possession of Drug paraphernalia. Coffey was also
arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Warrant for Theft by
Unlawful Taking, Shoplifting under $500 and for a violation of a
Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order.

Deputy Brad Tucker arrested Tristan E. Parris of Monticello
Tuesday on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant for Non-
payment of Fines or Show Cause.

Brittany Latham was also arrested Tuesday on a Clinton County
Warrant of Arrest for Failure to pay Fines on hte charges of Theft
by Unlawful Taking, Shoplifting under $500 and for Fleeing and
Evaing Police, 2nd degree (on foot).

On Monday, October 5th - Deputy Travis Bell arrested Anthony J.
Upchurch on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant for Failure to
appear on charges of Flagrant Non-support and for Contempt of
Court. Upchurch was also arrested on a Wayne County District
Court Warrant for numerous charges including Possession of a
Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth), Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia, Operating a Motor Vehicle a Suspended or
Revoked Operators License, Failure to Improper Signal, Contempt
of Court, Public Intoxication, Controlled Substance and Non-
payment of Fines.

Erica L. Lovett was also arrested Monday on a Wayne County
District Court Warrant for Theft by Deception - including cold
checks and three counts of Contempt of Court.

Daniel L. Foster was arrested Sunday, October 4th on a Wayne
County District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a
preliminary hearing for charges of Burglary 2nd degree, Criminal
Mischief, 3rd degree and for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

On Saturday, October 3rd - Depty Joe Horne arrested Tonia R.
Slaven for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of
Alcohol/Drugs, Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage
Container in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
No Operators License and several other motor vehicle violations.

Deputy Horne also arrested Shawn D. Sexton of Monticello on a
Wayne County District Court Warrant and Clinton County District
Court Warrant for Non-payment of Fines. Sexton was also
charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Sexton, Slaven, Foster, Lovett, Upchurch, Latham, Parris, Coffey,
Dople, Rigney and Foster were all lodged in the Wayne County
Detention Center.
