Wayne County Grand Jury Returns Indictments In December
The December regular monthly meeting of the Wayne County Grand Jury
was held on Tuesday, December 6th and the following indictments were
filed in the Circuit Clerks Office.

Christopher Bolin and Anna Shadoan, both of Somerset were each indicted
for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st (Meth) Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st (Methadone) Trafficking in a Controlled
Substance, 3rd Trafficking in Marijuana, 1st. Shadoan was additionally charged with Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd and Bolin with Persistent Felony Offender, 1st.

Brock Byers was indicted with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st (Methamphetamine) and Trafficking in Marijuana, 1st.

Jonathan L. Dicken was indicted for Trafficking in Marijuana while in
Possession of a Firearm, Promoting Contraband, Possession of a Controlled Substance,3rd Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Careless Driving and
DUI 1st Offense.

Charles Doan was indicted for Theft by Deception over 500 dollars and Persistent Felony Offender, 1st.

Ashley Fairchild was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st (Methamphetamine) Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd
Possession of Marijuana Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest.

Phillip Gentry was indicted for four counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st (Methamphetamine) and Persistent Felony Offender 1st.

Sherry Jones was indicted for Bail Jumping, 1st.

Thomas McWhorter was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property over 500 dollars No Motorcycle Operators License No Registration Plate No Registration Receipt No Insurance Possession of Marijuana and
Persistent Felony Offender, 1st.

Amanda Perkins was indicted for Bail Jumping, 1st and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd.

James L Turner was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st

Troy S Wright and Harold Earl Rigney, the 2nd were each indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Viewers are reminded the indictment of a person is an accusation only
