Suzanne Burkhead, age 54, of Monticello, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 01, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She is survived by:

1 son, James “Andy” Abbott

2 daughters, Amanda Hernandez and Tracy Petty

2 brothers, Robert and Bryan Kennedy

3 sisters, Ida Mae Dean, Marsha Grier, and Darlene Kennedy

7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 3, 2012 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 1 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Koger Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Stop Cemetery.
